Wonderful place to live

Have loved living here. Centrally located to SLU and so many other activities to do in the area. Staff has been pleasant to work with and address our needs in a timely fashion

Great location! Upgraded amenities!

We've lived here for almost three years and love it. The apartment has both beautiful brick walls and a renovated kitchen and living room space. The maintenance staff are very prompt and helpful!

Lovely place

So far I’ve had a great experience with this property! Management is very responsive, maintenance is also prompt, friendly, and very helpful, as well conveniently lives nearby. The neighborhood is lovely, quaint and very quiet which was a huge plus for us. It’s safe and the apartment is lovely and well maintained.

Great living space!

We've lived here for about 6 months and really enjoy the area! Maintenance requests are followed up with very quickly and we haven't had any major issues with the appliances or with noise! Overall, a pleasant place to live.
